We have designed this process to give you (and us) a framework for making an educated and informed decision about working together. You will also finish this process knowing exactly where you stand in the four key areas of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats) in your financial life.

For people who are potentially a good fit for our firm, there is no cost or obligation for this process as we want you to know exactly how we can help you before you pay us a single dollar in fees or trust us with a penny of your hard-earned money.

Intro Call/Meeting

Before committing your time or ours, this 15 to 30-minute meeting will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. After all, you wouldn’t see a neurologist if you needed heart surgery. In this meeting, we will clarify your goals and seek to understand what you are looking for.

If we aren’t a good fit for each other we will gladly introduce you to a firm who is better suited to your needs.

Our Analysis

Prescription without evaluation and diagnosis is malpractice

We will need you to gather some documents and securely send them in. Once you have sent them in, we will review them in order to get an overall understanding of your situation.

Vision Proposal Meeting

This is where the magic happens

After reviewing your information, we will be able to create a vision for how we will accomplish your goals faster and more efficiently. This meeting gives us the opportunity to communicate this vision to you and discuss the estimated costs in doing so.

During our meeting you can expect the following:

  • SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats) analysis will cover all major aspects of your finances
  • Retirement/real estate/business analysis
  • Tax-efficiency analysis
  • Steps you need to take to improve the management of your personal finances

At the end of this meeting, we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm or if you would like to sleep on it.

Sleep On It

Having been in business for more than 10 years, we are in no rush for you to make a decision. Prior to deciding whether we should work together, you will want to answer the following questions:

  • Do I like/trust/respect the team at Vitality Capital Management?
  • Will the benefits they provide exceed their cost?
  • Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?
  • Do their recommendations make sense to me?
